The Annual Power of Us Pancreatic Cancer Conference is the largest and most impactful educational gatherings of pancreatic cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers in the world.
With more than 20 years of foundation-led programming and now in 2026, our 5th patient-focused pancreatic cancer conference, this annual event continues to grow.
In 2025, the conference welcomed 107 patients and survivors alongside their caregivers—and in 2026, we anticipate more than 150 patients and survivors.
This is a must-attend educational conference, bringing together those navigating pancreatic cancer alongside top oncologists, surgical oncologists, clinicians, nurse navigators, and leading medical experts from across the country—at a time when breakthroughs in KRAS research are driving some of the most exciting advancements in the field, helping move pancreatic cancer closer to becoming a more chronic, manageable disease.
